Installation of office space, kitchenette and server room

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

As part of a cost-plus price turnkey contract, Teknema was contracted to manage and coordinate the installation of:
– an office space with 16 workstations
– a kitchenette
– a server room with anti-static floor
– a storage room with metal shelving

Coordination between the needs of the client (tenant) and his landlord
Several additions to the mandate during the project.
