PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The client decided to build a new facility to increase its capacity and welcome a new customer.

TEKNEMA was given the mandate to build a new facility inside a warehouse. The project included:
• new clean rooms (new bottling line and new mixing room)
• a washing room
• a new mechanical room with two air handling units, one of them with a desiccant wheel.

The construction required a new concrete slab with corresponding drainage services to achieve the new layout.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY TEKNEMA

PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE
Elaboration, control and update of the construction schedule, of the work budget, phasing of the works, evaluation of the execution plan, preparation of the mobilization of the professionals, logistic organization, global support…

COORDINATION OF TENDERS
Preparation of tender documents – follow-up of tender documents, pre-selection of contractors/suppliers, awarding of contracts.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Budget control – project accounting – construction schedule, construction contract administration, document management, site management and follow-up, planning, supervision and coordination of work.
