PROJECT DESCRIPTION

As part of the fit-out of Laporte Experts Conseils’ new offices at 2320-400 Ste-Croix Montréal, TEKNEMA was responsible for carrying out the lump-sum work in “Fast Track” mode from October 2022 to January 2023.

The 16,500 sq. ft. office space included user-friendly open-plan areas, a cafeteria, meeting rooms and high-tech meeting rooms.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY TEKNEMA

PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE

• Preparation and documentation of tenders for all activities
• More or less 20 activities in the project
• Tender coordination
• Selection and recommendation of subcontractors

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

• Works supervision
• Administrative follow-up
• Site meetings with subcontractors and coordination meetings with customer
• Control of contract terminations

DELIVERY PHASE

• Impairment tracking
• Discharge follow-up
• Project closure

HEALTH AND SAFETY
The TEKNEMA team ensured that measures to safeguard the Health and Safety of personnel and facilities were put in place during the project.
