PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Installation of the new offices of Laporte Experts Conseils at 2320-400 Ste-Croix Montreal.

Teknema was responsible for carrying out the work at a fixed price in “Fast Track” mode from October 2022 to January 2023.

A 16,500 sq. ft. office development including user friendly open areas, cafeteria, meeting rooms, high-tech meeting rooms. A design based on the latest trends.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE

• Preparation and documentation of tenders for all activities
• More or less 20 activities in the project
• Coordination of tenders
• Selection and recommendation

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

• Supervision of the work
• Administrative follow-up
• Subcontractors’ site meeting
• Coordination meeting with the client
• Control of contract terminations

DELIVERY PHASE

• Deficiencies tracking
• Follow-up of receipts
• Project closing
