PROJECT DESCRIPTION
TEKNEMA was mandated to provide site supervision, construction management and coordination for the expansion of a production site in Montreal, and to fit out new administrative offices. The purpose of the 20,000 ft2 expansion was to increase production capacity by adding new brewing tanks and automating brewing and bottling.
General architectural and structural work – Renovation/expansion of an existing building – Connection to utilities (water, sewer, natural gas, electricity) – Installation and connection of production equipment – Mechanical and central heating services (water, compressed air drainage, chilled water and heating) – HVAC system – Specialized mechanical services (CIP, clean compressed air) – Low-voltage electrical inputs, primary and secondary distribution – Lighting, fire alarm and access control services.
